With more than 20 years across accounting, taxation, development finance and business advisory, Mr. Naanda established Topaz to give Namibian businesses access to the standard of financial discipline usually reserved for large corporates.
He is a registered tax practitioner who represents clients through NamRA audits and objections, a CIDEF member experienced in project appraisal and funding structuring, and the designated compliance officer responsible for the practice's AML/CTF and Financial Intelligence Act programme.
Every engagement is planned, reviewed and signed off under his supervision — no file leaves the practice without evidence behind every number.
